The line under each price tells you how it arrives. The installed setups carry a setup and travel fee and are scheduled with you, so they need lead time and a confirmed venue. The delivered items carry a delivery fee instead; most of those go out same day when the order is placed before 4pm, except the fresh flower ones, which need to be booked by 12pm the day before.

A hotel room proposal decoration is the most common request, so a word on that: we need the room to be accessible before the moment, which usually means an earlier check-in or a staff escort. Tell us the hotel in the order notes and we will work to it. We cover all of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Monday to Sunday, and the fee is worked out by area at checkout.
