Inflated Balloons/Gift

Order Acceptance Policy

– All orders received are subject to acceptance by PARTYLICIOUS ENTERPRISE (legal entity for Partylicious, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will offer store credit of equal value to your paid amount.)

Order Delivery

– As part of the checkout process, you will be able to select on self-pick up or our delivery partner to deliver the goods.

– We provide same day delivery for orders confirmed before 2pm.

– Delivery fees will be collected based on different zones. Kindly check your zone here before placing the order.

– However, you are entitled for FREE DELIVERY for orders exceed RM350. (Exclude event deco)

Self-Collect Policy

– The self-collect option is available from Monday to Sunday except for public holidays.

– Please self-collect from our shop on your selected date on our operating hours from 10 am – 7 pm either in-person or via a representative (relative, friend, Grab Delivery and etc)

– During self-collection, you or your representative will be asked to show your order confirmation email which will contain your name, order number and other relevant details to prove your identity.

– The latest time to do your self-collection will be 4.30 PM on your selected date. If you or your representative is not able to make it, do contact us at 010-8366329 so we can assist with alternative arrangements.

– If self-collection is not done and we have not received any request via call/WhatsApp/email from you by 4.30 PM on your self-collection date, your order will be void.

Delivery Policy

– Our deliveries option is available from Monday to Sunday except for public holidays.

– We have two delivery slot which is 10 am to 1 pm or 3 pm to 6 pm.

– Time-specific deliveries are currently unavailable to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations.

– Please allow an extra window for time discrepancies due to traffic condition and weather changes.

– Although our team always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, Partylicious cannot be held responsible if a delivery is late due to unavailability of the delivery service that we use or anything else outside of Partylicious’s control.

– In the event of failure-delivery, please contact us at 010-8366329. It is customer’s responsibility to contact us within 1 days of the scheduled delivery date in order to claim a refund. Failure to do so will result in the lapse of any rights to a refund.

– We only delivers within Selangor & Kuala Lumpur. We can deliver to any address within stated region, but do not deliver to PO boxes.

– We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.

– If you change address, you must update your address details on the “My Account” section of the website to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done by 10 am one (1) day before the intended delivery day. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph.

– The customer is responsible to ensure that your recipient is present at the address at the time of delivery. No refund will be issued if the orders have been duly delivered to the address as prescribed by the customer. In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of your recipient or you, a re-delivery fee will apply depending on your recipient’s location.

– All of our items are delivered by third party delivery partner, during the transition responsibility will be leave to between our delivery partner and the customer.

– There will be additional charges for re-delivery.

– Orders will be delivered on requested time slot unless unforeseen events happened such as heavily rain, traffic jam, or any other circumstances. Thus, the actual delivery time will be delay.

– We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect contact number or any other incorrect details provided by the customer. This included if there are no people to receive the product during the delivery at any time.

– Please ensure the receiver mobile number is reachable. There will be time when driver will need to be able to confirm the receiver attendance at the delivery address before they proceed with the delivery and there will be time where the driver need to contact you when they are not able to locate the correct address you provided and thus need your guidance. In such case, if the receiver’s contact number is not reachable, we or our delivery partner will not be responsible for any delay caused by such reasons or circumstances.

Changes to Your Order

– If you wish to change your order, please contact us at 010-8366329. We will do our best to make last-minute changes for you subject to what changes need to be amend. For any changes, request made by 10 am one (1) day before the intended delivery day will be accepted subject to availability. (Exclude event deco)

Cancellation Policy

– On demand orders can be cancelled by 10am one (1) day before the intended delivery day. (Exclude event deco) A processing fee of RM 5 or 5% of the amount paid (whichever is higher) will be imposed on each refund made. If you cancel your order due to an error that is not caused by Partylicious, we will offer you a store credit of equal value to your paid amount. You can cancel by contacting 010-8366329.

Abuse & Fraud

– We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion to hold your order if it’s suspected of abuse or fraud until further investigation is made.

Storage

– It’s receiver responsibility to ensure balloons are stored under good conditions to avoid balloon explosion and shrinking.

– The balloons have to kept in-door under room temperature not exceeding 25 degrees and not exposed to direct sunlight.

– Upon receiving of the products, we will not be able responsible for balloon conditions kept and stored by receiver. 

Helium Balloon Lifespan

– 12″ Latex Balloon without hi float : 6 – 8 hours from time of preparations

– 12″ Latex Balloon with hi float : 16 – 24 hours from time of preparations

– 12″ Heart/Confetti Latex Balloon without hi float : 6 – 8 hours from time of preparations

– 12″ Heart/Confetti Latex Balloon with hi float : 12 – 16 hours from time of preparations 

– Foil Balloons : At least one day

– Bubble Balloons : At least 12 hours and slowly shrink.

  • Actual float times vary greatly based on factors such as humidity, temperature, altitude, atmospheric conditions, etc.
  • Please take note that these are estimates based on typical indoor air-conditioned conditions.
  • Float times will be shorter outdoors.
  • Please do not leave them in a hot car or trunk, latex balloons with helium will only last 3-4 hours in the hot sun/car.
  • This is because the higher temperature seems to increase rate of escape of the helium.
  • Foil balloons are not designed to last in the hot sun/car. This is because foil balloons have a fixed volume. They are not elastic and will not stretch like latex. When heated directly by the sun, the gases in them will expand and cause a sizable tear in the foil material.
  • Foil balloons typically float for half as long in hot, humid weather. When helium-filled foil balloons are taken into the cold, they will temporarily deflate and will re-inflate again when warm. We will not be held liable for any under-performance if not handled correctly.
  • Factors such as adding tassel garlands and filling balloons with confetti/feathers will also reduce float time.
  • Helium balloons in general are not recommended for outdoor usage under extremely hot weather in Malaysia.

 

Event Decorations

Order Acceptance Policy

In the event of rejection, we will offer store credit of equal value to your paid amount.

Changes to Your Order

– Amendment to an earlier or later date of event decorations will be subject to slot availability. Any date change request must be informed seven (7) days prior to the setup date.

Cancellation Policy

– Full payment paid for event decorations are strictly, NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. It can only be defer or for future use or we will offer you store credit of equal value to your paid amount.

Security deposit

– Additional security deposit will be collected if the deco package include any of our props such as cake stand, plinths and etc. The security deposit amount varies with different deco package and we will advise you the respective amount after we receive your order confirmation.

– Security deposit will be fully refund when every prop is in good and not over dirty condition during dismantle. ALL the props we provided during setup will be collected during dismantle except balloons.

– Security deposit will be refund in 24 hours.

– Our management team reserves the right to deduct or confiscate the security deposit if there are any losses, damages and/or soiling of the products upon dismantle.

– Customers will have the full responsibility for any damages or losses of the props.

Damages & Losses

– The management team reserves the right to deduct or confiscate the security deposit if there are any losses, damages and/or soiling of the products during dismantle.

– Customers will have the full responsibility for any damages of losses of the props.

Abuse & Fraud

– We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion to hold your order if it’s suspected of abuse or fraud until further investigation is made.

 

Party Props Rental

Order Acceptance Policy

– All orders received are subject to acceptance by 36 GLOBAL ENTERPRISE (legal entity for Partylicious, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will offer store credit of equal value to your paid amount.

– All orders received are subject to availability. At the moment, customer is advice to message us on the availability of the items. Partylicious reserved the right to cancel the order if the items are not available for the rental period.

Changes to Your Order

– Amendment to an earlier or later date of rental will be subject to slot availability. Any date change request must be informed seven (7) days prior to the rental date.

Cancellation Policy

– Full payment paid for rental are strictly, NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. It can only be defer or for future use or we will offer you store credit of equal value to your paid amount.

– We seek your understanding on this, as the day you book your order, the items will be made unavailable to other customers.

Security deposit

– Additional security deposit will be required other than the rental fees. The security deposit amount varies with the size of the order and we will advise you the respective amount after we receive your order.

– Security deposit will be fully refund when we received the rental items in good and clean conditions with all the packaging materials we provided.

– Security deposit will be refund in 24 hours.

– The management team reserves the right to deduct or confiscate the security deposit if there are any late returns, losses, damages and/or soiling of the products upon returning.

– Customers will have the full responsibility for any damages or losses of the rental items.

Damages & Losses

– The management team reserves the right to deduct or confiscate the security deposit if there are any late returns, losses, damages and/or soiling of the products upon returning.

– Customers will have the full responsibility for any damages of losses of the rental items.

– Any losses of bubble wraps or packaging material were found during return will be charged RM2/pcs.

Collections & Returns

– The rental items are available for collection by appointment from our warehouse or from Seksyen 1, PJ Old Town.

– The rental period of all our props are 3 days, the props have to be return 3 days after the collection date. (Eg: Collect on Monday, Return on Thursday)

– Please check the rental items thoroughly during your collection. We are assuming the products are correct and in a good condition once the items left our premises. Customer will be responsible for any extra costs incurred for wrong items picked up, damages, losses or soiling if applicable.

– Additional charges will be applied for any late returns without prior agreement.

Abuse & Fraud

– We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion to hold your order if it’s suspected of abuse or fraud until further investigation is made.

 

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Adverse Weather Conditions

– During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is outside of our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we aren’t able to refund or offer re-delivery of affected orders.

Customer Personal Information

– It is very important that you provide accurate personal information.

– Please remember that we value your privacy and will never lease, rent or sell your private information. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

Product Photos

– The photos shown at our website might be slightly different in term of the colour and size due to the lighting effect and angle.

Governing Law

– These Terms and Conditions and a Contract (and all non-Contractual obligations arising out of or connected to them) shall be governed and construed in accordance with Malaysian Law. Both we and you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts. All dealings, correspondence and contacts between us shall be made or conducted in the English language.

Payments

– We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, debit card and FPX. No more worries against Fraud and Scam. To assure your security, our payment gateway partner is registered with Bank Negara Malaysia and are compliant with PCI DSS.

– We do not store or have access to your credit or debit card details.
