Same-day delivery across KL and Selangor.
Order before 4:00 PM and it goes out the same day, seven days a week. Find your fee below.

Type your area and the fee appears. We deliver to all of Kuala Lumpur and all of Selangor — the areas below are just the common ones.

- You meet the driver at the main entrance or lobby to collect your order.
Available on balloon and gift orders. Event decoration is delivered and set up at your venue, so it does not need this.
Zone A orders of RM350 and above deliver free — balloons and gifts only, not event decoration. Event decoration always carries its setup and travelling charge, whatever the order value. Self pick-up at our Kuchai Lama Shop is free on every order. Don’t see your area? We still deliver there — the exact fee is worked out from your postcode at checkout.
WHEN IT ARRIVES
Choose one of two windows. Picking a window is not booking a time — your order arrives at some point inside it, and we cannot promise a particular hour. Need it at a set time? That is what Priority Delivery is for.
- Same-day cut-off is 4:00 PM. Payment has to clear before then.
- Leave us 3 hours. Order at 12:00 PM and choose the 2pm–6pm window or later. Pick a window that has already started and we may move it to the next one.
- Missed a window’s cut-off? We will still try, but that window is no longer guaranteed.
- Need an exact time, or ordering late? Priority delivery is RM50. Message us to confirm availability before you check out — if it is not confirmed first, delays are not eligible for a refund.
- Traffic and weather can delay a run. We will tell you if that happens.
