Partylicious is a festive decoration company Malaysia brands call when a shopping mall atrium, an office lobby or a retail storefront needs to look right for the season — and needs to be installed on schedule, without the tenant fit-out drama.

We are a registered company (Partylicious (M) Sdn Bhd, 1601069-U) based in Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur, working across all of KL and Selangor. What a festive decoration project includes

Site visit and measurementWe look at the actual space — ceiling height, anchor points, floor finish, footfall flow and mall fit-out rules — before anything is designed.
Design proposal and quotationYou receive a visual concept and a fixed quotation. Revisions are part of the process, not an extra charge.
FabricationBackdrops, arches, props and signage are built in our own workshop, with your brand logo and colours applied where required.
InstallationOur crew installs on site, usually outside trading hours so your business is not disrupted.
Maintenance through the seasonFor long-running festive periods we return to top up balloons and touch up the setup.
Dismantle and removalWe take everything down and clear the site at the end of the campaign.

Why brands book us for festive work

We are decorators, not a print shop. A festive setup is structure, lighting, props and balloon work together — not a printed banner on a stand. We build and install the whole thing.

One vendor for the whole campaign. Backdrop, arch, balloon installation, props, signage and photo corner come from one team on one quotation and one delivery order.

We already work inside malls and retail chains. Loading bay access, fit-out submissions, night installation and safety requirements are routine for our crew.

Every job is documented. We photograph completed setups so your marketing team has usable content the same week.

How far ahead should you book?

Festive seasons are capacity-limited — every mall and every chain wants the same two weeks. As a guide, contact us six to eight weeks before the festival for a multi-site or large atrium project, and three to four weeks before for a single office lobby or storefront. Custom-printed backdrops and fabricated structures need the longer lead time.

Do you handle multiple outlets at once?

Yes. Chain rollouts across several branches in KL and Selangor are scheduled as one project with one point of contact, so every outlet is consistent and completed within the same window.

Can you print our company logo on the backdrop?

Yes. Branded backdrops with your logo, tagline and corporate colours are standard for corporate festive work.

Do you install outside business hours?

Yes. Most mall and retail installations are done at night or before opening so trading is not affected.

Do you remove the decoration afterwards?

Yes. Dismantle and site clearing at the end of the festive period is included in the quotation.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For projects outside the Klang Valley, contact us and we will advise on feasibility.
