The price tracks the size of the setup rather than the number of items: a hotel room dressed for one evening sits at the lower end, a printed backdrop or a full themed build at the upper end.

Hotel Room Proposals — from RM499

The most common booking we take. We set the room up before she arrives, so it is ready the moment the door opens — balloons, candles or LED marquee letters, and a floral arrangement for the proposal itself. Hotels differ on when they let a supplier in, so tell us which hotel when you book.

Rooftop And Restaurant Proposals

Set up at the venue before your booking time. These need the venue’s permission and a confirmed access window, and that is the part worth settling before anything else.

Printed Backdrops And Themed Builds — RM1,299 and up

A foamboard backdrop printed with her name or your date, or a themed setup designed from scratch. Both are made for that one proposal, so they need lead time rather than a same-day slot.

Proposal Planning, Not Just Decoration

What you are booking is the setup and the logistics around it — getting into the venue, having it finished before she arrives, and clearing it away afterwards. If a photographer is coming too, tell us when you book so the setup is done before they need the room.

If You Were Looking For A Proposal Planner

We are a decoration team rather than a full proposal planner — we do not book the restaurant or hire the musician. What we do cover is the setup and the logistics around it, which is usually the part people actually need a hand with.

Timing It Around Her

Tell us what time she arrives rather than what time you want us there, and we work backwards from that.

Where We Set Up

All of Kuala Lumpur and all of Selangor. The setup and travel fee is worked out from the venue address you enter at checkout, so you see the real figure before you pay instead of waiting on a quote.

Booking At Short Notice

Same-day and next-day slots are often available on the smaller packages. Printed backdrops and customised themed builds cannot be done at short notice. If the date is tight, message us before you place the order and we will tell you what is still possible.
