Every event decoration KL booking starts the same way — choose a design at the price you want, then send us the address and the time the space is free. Condo function room, restaurant, office, hotel or your own living room — we work in all of them, and we will tell you upfront if a venue needs anything extra.
Our team sets up on site
We arrive with everything built and balanced, and install it in your space. You do not inflate anything, tape anything or stand on a chair. Typical setups take 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on size.
We come back and clear it
Teardown is included on packages that need it, so you are not left with a room full of balloons at midnight and a venue asking who is cleaning up. Tell us the end time when you book.

Prices are for the setup itself. Delivery and on-site setup across all of Kuala Lumpur and all of Selangor is quoted with the package — tell us the venue and we will confirm before you pay. Venues that need extra access time, height work or after-midnight teardown are quoted separately.
Why Our Event Decoration Looks Different On The Day
Balloon decoration goes wrong in predictable ways: the arch sags by hour three, the colours look nothing like the photo, or the setup team arrives late and you are watching them work while your guests are already there. We have been doing event decoration KL and Selangor wide since 2019, and every one of those problems is a process problem rather than a taste problem.
So the balloons are inflated to size rather than by eye, arches are built on a frame that holds its shape in air-conditioning and outdoors, and the team arrives with the setup already assembled where the venue allows it. Colours are matched to the actual product photo, not a similar shade — and if a colour is not available that week we tell you before you pay, not after.

How much does event decoration cost in Kuala Lumpur?
Event decoration KL pricing runs from RM249 for a car boot surprise up to RM3,999 for a large birthday or proposal build. Room decorations start at RM399, foamboard backdrop packages at RM899. Every package on our site shows its price on the product page, so you can budget before you talk to anyone.
Do you set it up, or do I have to do it myself?
We set it up. Our team comes to the venue, installs everything and, on packages that include it, returns to clear it away afterwards. If you would rather do it yourself and save the setup fee, our DIY packages are a separate range that arrives ready to hang.
How far in advance do I need to book a decoration setup?
Three to five days is comfortable for most setups, and a week or more for large backdrops and proposals where we need to check venue access. We do take urgent bookings when the schedule allows — WhatsApp us at 010-8366 329 with your date and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it.
Can you decorate at a hotel, restaurant or condo function room?
Yes, and most of our setups are in venues rather than homes. Some venues have rules about what can be attached to walls, access times, or an outside-vendor fee. Tell us the venue name when you enquire and we will check those details with you first, so nothing gets turned away at the door.
How long do the balloons last?
An indoor air-filled balloon setup holds its look for several days in air-conditioning. Helium-filled elements last around 18 to 24 hours, and bubble balloons can be upgraded to hold 7 to 10 days. Outdoor setups in direct sun are shorter — we will tell you what to expect for your specific venue.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Kuala Lumpur and all of Selangor. Setup fees vary by distance and venue access, and they are quoted together with the package price before you pay, so there is no surprise charge on the day.
