How a booking actually runs
No mystery, no chasing. This is the whole process.
- You tell us the date, venue and what the event isWhatsApp is fastest. If you know your budget range, say it — we quote to it honestly instead of guessing high.
- We check the venue’s rules before quotingLoad-in window, loading bay, power, whether anything can be fixed to the wall. This is where most openings go wrong, so we handle it first.
- One quotation, itemisedDecoration and every coordinated service on the same document. Valid 14 days. A 50% deposit confirms your date; the balance is due 7 days before setup.
- We lock the run-down with youCrew arrival, handover time, cutting time, dismantle. Written down, so nobody improvises on the day.
- Setup, handover, and we stay reachableOur crew builds during the agreed access window and hands over before guests arrive. Anything you want adjusted, say it while we are still on site.
- Dismantle and photosWe clear everything at the agreed time and send you the photographs to use for your own channels.

Questions we get asked before booking
The decoration is ours — our setup team is trained in-house and builds every arch, backdrop and pillar we quote. For venue, catering, emcee, lion dance, PA, canopy, photography and door gifts we act as coordinator and work with suppliers we have used before. You get one quotation and one contact either way.
For a grand opening, as early as you have the date. Saturdays in November, December and around Chinese New Year go first, and we only hold a date once the deposit is in. Shorter notice is often still possible — ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it properly.
Charges the venue makes to us — parking, entry, loading bay, deposits, overtime — are payable by you, and permits or approvals from building or mall management are your responsibility to obtain. We will speak to the venue directly if you give us the contact; we do it every week.
Yes. Send the logo files, brand colours or the KV and we design to them. Anything you ask us to print, you confirm you have the right to use.
All of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Travel and setup fees are quoted by zone and shown on the quotation, not added later.
We will do it and we will design for the heat, but we are straight with clients about this: balloons are not built for the Malaysian outdoors, and outdoor decoration affected by weather or heat is not replaced, redone or refunded. If the venue has a covered area, that is where we would put the main piece.
Services other than decoration are provided by independent suppliers we coordinate on your behalf; their own terms apply to their work and our liability for third-party services is limited to the coordination fee charged. Tell us the date and the venue
We will come back with an itemised quotation, usually the same day. If we cannot do your event properly, we will say so instead of taking the booking.
