How it works运作方式
Points become a voucher code the moment you redeem. You then use that code at checkout — the gift is not added automatically.你按下兑换的那一刻，点数就变成一组券码；之后要自己在结账时使用那组券码，赠品不会自动加入。
Earn赚点数
RM1 spent = 1 point on the order subtotal. Sign-up, referrals and reviews earn points on top.消费 RM1 = 1 点，以订单小计计算。注册、推荐朋友、留评价还能额外赚点。
Redeem兑换
In My Account → Points & Rewards, pick a gift and press Redeem. Points are deducted and a voucher code is issued.到 My Account → Points & Rewards，挑一个赠品按 Redeem。点数在这时扣除，并发给你一组券码。
Use it使用
Paste the code into the coupon box at cart or checkout. The gift joins that order.在购物车或结账页的优惠码栏贴上券码，赠品就会加进那张订单。
Spending is the main source. The rest are one-off bonuses that stack on top.消费是主要来源，其余是一次性奖励，可以叠加。

100 points converts to RM2 off, from 100 points upward, on orders of RM30 or more. Your points go a lot further on the gifts above.100 点可折 RM2，最低从 100 点起换，订单满 RM30 即可使用。不过同样的点数换上面的赠品，价值高得多。

Read these before you redeem兑换前请先看这几条
Almost every redemption question we get is answered by one of the six below.我们收到的兑换问题，几乎都能在下面六条里找到答案。
- One voucher per order一张订单只能用一张券Adding a second code automatically removes the first. Reward vouchers, referral codes and RM20 vouchers all count as one voucher — they cannot be combined.加入第二组券码时，第一张会被自动移除。奖励券、推荐码、RM20 折扣券都算一张券，无法并用。
- Minimum spend applies有最低消费门槛Free gifts need an order subtotal of RM100 or more. The points-to-discount conversion needs RM30 or more. Subtotal means the value of the items, before shipping.免费赠品需订单小计满 RM100；点数折价需满 RM30。小计指商品金额，不含运费。
- Points are deducted when you redeem, not at checkout点数在兑换当下扣除，不是结账时才扣Pressing Redeem spends the points immediately and issues a voucher code. If you then do not use the code, the points stay spent until the code is used or expires.按下 Redeem 就立即扣除点数并发出券码。若之后没有使用该券码，点数在券码被使用或过期前都维持已扣除状态。
- Colours are random颜色随机Sashes and balloon gifts are sent in whatever colour is in stock. We cannot reserve a specific colour on a redeemed gift.肩带与气球赠品依库存颜色配送，兑换的赠品无法指定或保留特定颜色。
- Points expire after 365 days点数有效期 365 天Counted from the day each batch of points is earned. We email you 30 days before anything expires, and the upcoming expiry list sits on your Points & Rewards page.从每一笔点数取得当日起算。到期前 30 天会寄信通知，Points & Rewards 页面也会列出即将到期的点数。
- The RM20 voucher expires after 60 daysRM20 折扣券有效期 60 天Counted from the day it is issued. The expiry date is printed on the voucher in My Coupons.从发出当日起算，到期日会显示在 My Coupons 里的该张券上。

If a code will not apply, or you redeemed a reward a long time ago and it has stopped working, message us with your order number and the code. We will sort it out.如果券码无法使用，或你很久以前兑换的奖励突然用不了，传讯息给我们，附上订单编号和券码，我们会帮你处理。
