Sizing and specification

Send us your artwork in vector format where possible, along with the venue and the date. We will confirm the frame configuration, produce a print-ready layout for approval, then deliver, install and collect.
Can we reuse the frame for future events?
Yes. That is the main advantage. The aluminium frame stays; you reprint only the fabric skin when the branding changes.
Does the fabric crease?
Tension pulls most creases out on installation. Deep creases from bad storage can persist, so we handle storage between events where clients keep a frame.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
For sheltered outdoor use with weighted bases, yes. Exposed and windy sites need a different structure — tell us the conditions and we will specify.
How does the price compare to a printed panel backdrop?
Higher upfront, lower over repeat events because the frame is reused. If you run the same event yearly it usually works out cheaper by the second year.
