A signing ceremony produces one photo that gets used in the press release, the annual report and both companies’ social channels for years. The backdrop behind that photo has to carry both logos cleanly, sit at the right height behind a seated signatory, and photograph without glare.

Getting the photo right
Height. Signatories are seated, witnesses stand behind. The backdrop needs to clear the tallest standing head with margin — 2.4m is the working minimum, 3m if there is a stage.
Width. Measure the signing table, then add the witness line on both sides. A 1.8m table with four witnesses needs roughly 4m of backdrop, not 2m.
Logo placement. Keep logos in the upper third. Anything in the lower half disappears behind the table, the signatories and the floral arrangement.
Finish. Press photographers use flash. Matte prints; glossy or laminated surfaces bounce the flash straight back and ruin the shot.
How fast can you produce a signing backdrop?
Turnaround depends on size and print. Send us the artwork, venue and ceremony date and we will confirm what is achievable. Two weeks is comfortable; shorter is often possible.
Can you lay out two company logos for us?
Yes. Send both logo files in vector format if possible, tell us which party leads, and we will produce a layout for approval before printing.
Do you supply the signing table and chairs?
We can dress the signing table and supply floral arrangements. Tables and chairs are usually provided by the venue — tell us what the venue gives you and we will fill the gaps.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes, with a weighted free-standing frame. Tell us the site conditions and we will specify accordingly.
Do you install and remove on the day?
Yes. We set up before the ceremony window and strike afterwards, working to the venue’s schedule.
