An event standee is the free-standing sign that greets guests at the door, marks the registration desk, points to the hall and carries your sponsor logos. Roll-up / pull-up standee
The workhorse. Retracts into its own base, packs into a carry bag, sets up in seconds. Best for registration desks, roadshows and repeat use.
Cut-out / contour standee
Cut to the shape of a product, mascot or character. High impact at entrances and photo points.
Life-size figure standee
Full-height printed figure for launches, meet-and-greets and photo corners.
A-frame / pavement sign
Double-sided, weighted, for outdoor and walkway directional signage.
Foamboard standee
Rigid board with a supporting strut — heavier print feel, good for short-run themed events.
Welcome / directional set
A matched set for entrance, registration, hall direction and thank-you at the exit.

Artwork notes that save a reprint
Keep the bottom 15cm clear. On a roll-up, the lowest strip disappears into the base and is blocked by people standing in front. Nothing important goes there.
Headline in the top third. That is the part read from across a lobby.
Send vector artwork. Logos supplied as small JPGs pixelate badly at 200cm. Vector files or 300dpi at full size.
Check the safe margin. Roll-up mechanisms take a few millimetres on each edge. Do not run text to the trim.
Where standees fit into an event
Standees usually come as part of a set alongside the event backdrop and entrance arch. For grand openings they carry the opening message next to the ribbon cutting ceremony point; for corporate events they run the registration and wayfinding line alongside the stage backdrop.
What is the standard event standee size in Malaysia?
80 × 200cm is the most common roll-up size. 60 × 160cm is used for tighter spaces and 100 × 200cm for main entrances.
Can you design the artwork for us?
Yes. Send your logo, event details and any brand guidelines and we will produce a layout for approval before printing.
How fast can standees be produced?
Roll-up standees are quick to turn around once artwork is approved. Send us the date and we will confirm.
Can we reuse a standee?
Roll-ups are built for repeat use — they retract into the base and travel in a bag. Only reprint the skin when the artwork changes.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, either on their own or as part of a full event decoration setup.
