Partylicious offers event props rental Malaysia organisers use to fill out a venue without buying pieces they will store in a warehouse afterwards — structures, furniture, festive props and photo-corner pieces, delivered, placed and collected.

Renting makes sense when the piece is large, used once, and awkward to store. Everything below is delivered to your venue in Kuala Lumpur or Selangor, positioned by our crew, and taken away after the event.

How rental works

1. Tell us the event	Venue, date, guest count and what you are trying to achieve. Photos or a floor plan help.
2. We propose	A prop list with a fixed quotation. If something is better bought than rented, we say so.
3. Delivery	Delivered to your venue anywhere in KL and Selangor, inside the venue load-in window.
4. Placement	Our crew positions and styles everything — not dropped at the loading bay for you to arrange.
5. Collection	We return after the event, pack down and clear the site.

Rental or full decoration?

Props rental suits organisers who already have a designer or an in-house team and need pieces. If you want the concept, build and install handled end to end, that is our one stop event decoration services instead — usually better value once you count more than a few items.

Is there a minimum order?

Rental is quoted per event rather than per item, and delivery and collection are part of the cost. Send us the list and we will tell you whether renting or a full setup works out better.

How long is the rental period?

Standard rental covers the event day, with delivery before and collection after. Multi-day and full festive-season periods are quoted separately.

Do you set the props up or just drop them off?

Our crew positions and styles everything on site. Drop-off only is possible for simple items if you prefer.

What if something is damaged?

Normal event wear is expected. Significant damage or loss is chargeable, and we confirm the terms in the quotation before the event.

Do you deliver outside the Klang Valley?

Standard coverage is Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. For elsewhere, contact us and we will check feasibility.
