A balloon garland is the organic run of clustered balloons that follows a shape — along a backdrop, over a doorway, down a staircase, around a shopfront. Partylicious builds balloon garlands across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor for grand openings, corporate events and birthdays, in your colours, to the length the space needs.
Garlands are built from air-filled balloons on a frame, not floating helium balloons, which is why they hold their shape and can follow a wall or a counter instead of standing straight up.

Balloon arch
A free-standing arch you walk under. Better as an entrance marker than as a wall treatment.
Most grand openings use both: an arch at the entrance and a garland running along the shopfront or the stage backdrop.

Deluxe Balloon Garland Package — RM799
A 6ft classic garland plus a 24 inch bubble balloon stuffed with mini balloons, two 40 inch number balloons, an 18 inch foil balloon, six 12 inch latex balloons and three pedestals. See the package.
The package carries a RM300 security deposit because the pedestals come back to us. A custom garland has no deposit — nothing is rented.

How much is a balloon garland in KL?
A custom garland is quoted on width and height, because those decide how many balloons go into it. The Deluxe Balloon Garland Package is RM799 and includes a 6ft garland plus foil and latex balloons and three pedestals.
Do balloon garlands float?
No, and they are not meant to. A garland is built from air-filled balloons on a frame so it can follow a wall, a doorway or a counter. Floating helium balloons are a different format — see our balloon bouquets.
How long does a balloon garland last?
Being air-filled rather than helium-filled, a garland holds its shape well past the event itself. Indoor and air-conditioned is always kinder to balloons than direct sun and heat.
Can you match our brand or theme colours?
Yes. You choose the colours from our latex range and we build to them. For corporate work, send the brand colours or the KV and we design to it.
Do you build it on site or deliver it made?
On site. A garland is assembled at your venue so it fits the actual wall, doorway or backdrop rather than an assumed size.
Is there a deposit?
Only on the Deluxe package, which is RM300, because the three pedestals are returned to us afterwards. A custom garland has nothing to return and no deposit.
How far ahead should I book?
Message us to check the slot before you pay — weekends and grand opening season fill first. Short notice is worth asking about; we will tell you straight away if the date is open.
