Picking a window is not booking an hour — the order arrives somewhere inside it. Leave us three hours from order to window, and remember traffic between our Kuchai Lama shop and Cheras can move a run.

Do you deliver balloons to Cheras on the same day?
Yes. Order before 4:00PM and we deliver the same day to Cheras, seven days a week. Orders placed after 4:00PM are scheduled for the next available slot.
How much is balloon delivery to Cheras?
Delivery to Cheras is free or RM10 depending on your postcode. The exact fee is worked out from your postcode at checkout, and single letter or number balloons and event decoration setups are charged separately.
Can I choose what time it arrives in Cheras?
You choose a window, not an hour. The 10:00AM–2:00PM window needs the order in by 8:00AM, and the 2:00PM–6:00PM window by 11:00AM. If you need an exact time, Priority Delivery is RM50 and has to be confirmed with us before checkout.
Are the balloons already inflated when they arrive?
Yes. Every balloon is inflated with helium at our shop and delivered ready to float, unless the product page says otherwise.
Can I collect instead of paying delivery?
Yes. Self pick-up at our Kuchai Lama shop is free on every order, including orders going to Cheras. Choose Self Pickup at checkout.
