What People Put On Their Personalised Balloons
The wording is what turns a personalised balloon into a gift. Birthdays are the most common — a name and an age, or “Happy 30th Sarah”. Proposals come a close second, and those are usually four words on a clear bubble with the rest of the bunch in her favourite colours. We also print a lot of graduation names, anniversary dates, new-baby announcements, and “Congratulations on the new job” for people who cannot be there in person.
Because the printing happens in our own workroom in Kuchai Lama, we can also handle the ones that are not on any list — a company logo on a balloon for a shop opening, a pet’s name, a line in Chinese or Jawi. Customising does not slow you down. Type your wording at checkout, order before 4pm, and your balloon goes out the same day. Every bubble balloon is printed, inflated and float-tested on the day it is delivered.
Where we deliver
All of Kuala Lumpur and all of Selangor. Delivery fees vary by area, and free delivery applies to orders above RM250 within selected coverage areas only — check the delivery fees page for your address. Self pick-up from our Kuchai Lama shop is free.

How many characters can I put on a customised balloon?
Up to 50 characters on the 24 inch bubble balloon, including spaces. That is enough for a name and an age, a short line like “Will You Marry Me”, or a name plus a date. The checkout field counts characters as you type, so you will know before you order.
Can I choose the colours as well as the wording?
Yes. Every bubble balloon bunch has two colour choices: the crushed confetti inside the clear bubble (silver, gold or rose gold) and the colour theme of the surrounding balloons. There are more than ten ready combinations, and there is a box where you can type the exact colours you want instead.
How much does a customised balloon cost in KL?
Our customised bubble balloon bunches run from RM159 to RM295 depending on the size of the bunch. The wording and the colour choices are included in that price — there is no separate customisation charge.
Can I still get same day delivery on a customised balloon?
Yes. Order before 4pm and your customised balloon is printed, inflated and delivered the same day, anywhere in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Orders after 4pm go out on the next available slot.
Can you print in Chinese, Jawi or another language?
Yes. We print in Chinese and Jawi as well as English and Bahasa Malaysia. If you are using a script other than English, WhatsApp us the exact text at 010-8366 329 so we can confirm the layout before printing.
What if my wording is too long to fit?
Message us before you order and we will lay it out and tell you how it will look. If 50 characters is not enough, we can often split the message across the bubble balloon and a foil balloon in the same bunch.
